41-42 Hastings Road, West Ealing

Welcome to A2Dominion’s website where you can learn more about our proposals for the redevelopment of land at 41-42 Hastings Road, West Ealing, W13 8QH.

This forms part of a public consultation where we are asking for your feedback on our plans before we submit a planning application to the London Borough of Ealing.

Once you have had a look at the information, let us know what you think by completing an online feedback form. Your feedback will be included in a report that will accompany the planning application when it is submitted.

The Proposals

Our proposals seek to redevelop the existing site at 41-42 Hastings Road with a high quality, homes-led redevelopment.

The plan is for around 183 homes both private and affordable in this urban location near West Ealing Crossrail, with new retail space fronting onto the corner of Hastings Road and Drayton Green Road. At least 35% of the development will be affordable units, with 60% of those being affordable rent and the other 40% being shared ownership.

The scheme would be car-free whilst providing around 300 cycle spaces.

Our guiding principals

  • Create a range of housing types including affordable homes
  • Provide a design that responds to the emerging context north of the site.
  • Strengthen the street presence on Hastings Road and Drayton Green Road to encourage a vibrant connection across the neighbourhoods.
  • Optimise the massing in response to surrounding buildings to achieve a balance in scale, density and space
