Design Opportunities

The principal opportunity is to provide much needed, high quality homes above retail space on Drayton Green Road, in close proximity to the future Crossrail station at West Ealing.

The proposed development would take its cue from the emerging character of the area and contribute to local regeneration.

The proposal will re-provide modern retail space on the ground floor and will deliver a wide range of homes of different sizes: studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom family homes. The potential impact of the scheme on existing and future neighbours has been carefully assessed.
